Gyeongju Fall

In hiatus I don’t stop firing a camera lens. Nor is Gyeongju any less interesting because I’m not thinking about what it’s like to live here anymore.

This set, captured with an iPhone 5, not releasing the shutter button and taking a continuous stream of images during rain and a thunderstorm … that’s clouds smashing together and lighting up the whole city.


No filter trickery on this one, rather this is the key point shot in the series where I finally caught the sky on fire and then huddled up under my raincoat and went home satisfied that I’d shot something different than I could previously with iOS 6.
