The day after and we’ve got a lot to talk about. Meow needs to work up a list of 500 Korean words I should know based on certain themes each week for me to study. Paperwork has to be gathered from the States. There is an unsettled question of whether that paperwork will need apostilles or not.

We were supposed to go out and get some thicker A4 stock because it’s finally time for me get fingerprinted and request an FBI background check. I should get more than one, too, because it would be good to apply for an F5 as well. We didn’t get out though because when I thought, ‘I should get Meow,’ it started to rain. When it stopped ten minutes later I was on another project. We’ll have to get paper tomorrow. And fingerprinting on Friday or maybe even Monday. There’s so much to do.

I spent some time getting to know my iPad, linking up all the accounts, and getting the software I wanted on it while removing those apps from my phone and Meow’s iPad. In the evening, Meow and I got caught up on True Blood—we were five episodes behind so this stole the rest of the day.

The Daily Bullet

I went out, just to check on El Gato and buy junk food for Meow and I (and the junk food is what spurred the sitting and watching True Blood for five hours).

Drawing

On the train, I just had my finger to work with. At home, I have a DIY pen I made last year and was able to use it to make some finer lines in Paper.

I didn’t sleep last night. I struggled to write or create a script that would grab an .mp3 from a folder, open it, insert markers in pre-determined places, split the audio file into eleven segments based on those
