All told I think I slept about 29-30 hours between coming home and dragging myself up for work today. This was not a hangover at all. This was me having some evil flu lurking underneath and bound by the suppression of being healthy and eating right, which that night of drinking destroyed. Being sick explains the throwing up and sleeping on the bathroom floor “because it was cool.” I was cold much of the day and on fire when Meow touched me. Whatever it was, the fever broke in the night and I felt quite rested, yet still groggy.
