Day 418

Saturday | April 20th, 2013

I didn’t do anything today. The dogs (top) are my witnesses to that.

I screwed around with doing things, but then never did anything really. I sat for most of the day, the parts for which I was awake, in my chair messing around on the computer, watching things like Doctor Who or digging through boxes. I spent more time digging through boxes. That build up of stuff, some of it needs to go, its time hath arrived.

But, just because you open a bunch of boxes doesn’t mean you put a bunch of stuff in the trash. That is a concurrent action to the opening of the boxes. Mostly, I went down a lot of memories and felt loss (which I can’t stand) or regret (a common theme since moving to Gyeongju, even with not having regrets for many years). This led to some sorting of boxes and some organizing, but mostly … mostly just putting lids back on and shoving the boxes back in their spots of forgetting.

We skyped with my mom around midnight. She walked us around her show before it had would be taken down later in the day.
