Apparently, “deathstar” is not a word or maybe it’s a proper noun (thumbnail). I couldn’t disagree more. I believe given more time and less pesky rebels and wildcards like Han Solo, the Emperor would have ordered a few more deathstars (note the use of ‘s’) to support a second and probably third attempted purge of non-compliant citizens or crime syndicates. I understand that “trannyburst” is a stretch of one’s lexical imagination, but deathstar?

The hero image (top) is one of the new ones shot with a non-crashing, .tiff saving 6×7. The file is 13.3MB. It’s the same size as a regular iPhone 5 shot, but saved at 300dpi. It makes a difference. It makes enough of a difference, that I’m considering a redesign of I are Dream, one which would move the current gallery style to the second style page (and drop the current second style page that never really worked right on all screens) and replace the front with a giant image to get folks started on the candy.

You want girls? K7 plastered all of my neighborhood with these posters to inform my poor under-sexed students and all the over-sexed blue collar dudes around that you can now ______(?)______ with girls from Russia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. Korea really needs those consumer protection laws like in the States where you can’t bait-n-switch and that one where what you advertise has to actually be that thing (which leads to famous examples of chocolate syrup being shot on top of shaving cream concoctions for tv commercials). I’d be disappointed if I went to K7 expecting that meet the women (third from the left) from Thailand.

In Korea, this is the advertising normal. The picture is just an approximation of what you sort of might get. Advertisers make things look the best they can to get you to spend your money, but reality is never really affordable.

Daily Report

I didn’t sleep last night. I struggled to write or create a script that would grab an .mp3 from a folder, open it, insert markers in pre-determined places, split the audio file into eleven segments based on those
