Day 374

Thursday | March 7th, 2013

There he is, my cross stitched tiger. He’s fucking huge. I can’t find a wall to hold him. Part of me wants to put him outside, but I know he’ll fade. He’s cool (cooler than these cross stitch tigers). He would look sooo cool outside, protecting the hanok. He would be awesome for courtyard parties, big cross stitch tiger in the background. Between him, the mirror, and the girl with the donkey (missing back post story) I’ve got more camp-kitsch than I have wall space. It’s a decorator’s nightmare.

Today was an 11.00 class followed by three office hours. I tried to work, but when it’s finally nice and warm out, that is hard. I work a dress shirt and a light jacket today. No hat. No scarf (had one on Monday). No gloves. No sweater. It’s warm outside, yet somehow every building including my house has locked in the winter chills still. It’s like the Earth hasn’t caught up to the air.
