For the first time in days, perhaps even weeks or months, I woke up at a proper hour (10ish) and did proper things (showering, eating, etc.). Naughty wasn’t falling for the ice cream trick anymore so we switched to a monster pack of yogurt—eight containers, four different flavors = four different medicine eating scams to fool his ass with.

When Meow was up, we took the dogs for a walk. Naughty needed some exercise and Twitchy needed a treat for being cooped up while Naughty got a special bike ride.

It was a cold, windy, short walk, but it was at least interesting as the other. Gyeongju’s winter sun casts some noteworthy shadows and colors about. And the urban decay and expansionist gadgetry which gets parked along the riverside is as perplexing as it is photogenic.
