This is what I mean when I complain about the lack of features; there is no way to boast about my shutout Letterpress game if there is no way to share that result. The long process of screenshot to blog isn’t worth it.

I eyeballed the eyes today. And yesterday. If there’s to be a costume this year, it had to come together this weekend and not any other. But it didn’t happen for various reasons, so I dug out the backup, backup costume: the cow. The cow is the ultimate in innocent costuming. Kids love the cows. Adults love the cow. Adults love the cow more than the kids though, which is a tad creepy. Kids just ask if I’ve got milk (it’s a boy cow costume), whereas adults tend to molest the cow and harass the cow over a lack of udders. One year, a kid pulled off the cow’s tail, but every year, whoever wears the cow costume gets molested adults.

There were three purchased in 2008 during SoKo’s anti-beef, anti-America, mad cow protests that gridlocked Seoul for about a month. TD, MH, and I all went as cows to rub it in a little. We thought we were pretty smart, but then we ran into a guy who had bought the cow costume and the Lee Myungbak mask we’d also considered. This guy was dressed on his top half as Satan cow and his bottom half was an Lee Myungbak in a suit, bent over and taking it in the butt from Satan cow. I don’t think anyone molested Satan cow, but Satan cow won all three costume contests in Itaewon that year and pulled in a cool million plus ($1,000+).

I didn’t sleep last night. I struggled to write or create a script that would grab an .mp3 from a folder, open it, insert markers in pre-determined places, split the audio file into eleven segments based on those
